    Prof. Perrier: It is important to try to validate one of the existing scores because there at least two that are being more widely applied. The difficulty is that it is almost impossible to have a randomized study giving prophylaxis to one set of patients and not giving prophylaxis to another set of patients and evaluating if the scores work adequately. Therefore， this is an important limitation.
